Do you know what I am doing here? I am "dinging" a sound bowl.

I don't know what the technical name for it is, if there is one.

My giggles come from the unexpected vibration and resonance. It felt nice.

I'm among the least "woo-woo" people you've met. One of my favorite stories is when my friend Lori and I visited a Salt Room therapy promotion (mostly for the snacks!) In attendance was a woman who read chakras (again, not sure if "read" is the appropriate term.) She gushed and oohed over Lori, who apparently emits light and love. Chakras were just bounding off her. When I asked the woman if she saw anything from me, she said that the light in the room must be poor.

Bah, humbug.

But I try to keep an open mind, and I think that's evident here.
Mystic crystal revelation, and the mind's true liberation, and all that!
